Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within (0-8) business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major public holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
- We primarily ship all orders through our integrated partner, Shiprocket, which utilizes various courier services including (Delhivery, Blue Dart, XpressBees).
